Question Questioner says:”Assalamualaykum akhee.

In india, a hindu politician has uttered foul speech regarding the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam. Protesting against this, the ahlul bid’ah like hanafis deobandis they are organising a stage program. The local Jameeyat Ahlil Hadeeth people are even participating in it. My question are

Firstly, is it permissible to organise peaceful demonstration like lectures on stage in grounds as a protest against the remarks and putting forward the example of the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam?

Secondly, Is it permissible to attend the conferences of ahlul bid’ah in this matter as a support to the protest by Muslims in india?

Sometimes my salah is interrupted by shaythan.
Is it permissible to perform salah again (Whether obligatory or rawaatib prayers) if I know that my salah is interrupted by shaythan

Question A brother says:” Asalam alaikum anna I’d like your advice.i have about a year and a half to go at Ryerson.

I’m in IT and its a field such that its keep changing and one has to keep updating oneself but with that degree i can get a decent job in middle east inshaAllah. But this type of job i fear will take up a lot of my time which i can spend on knowledge

Or i can go into trades like electrician which are good jobs here but are poorly paid in the middle east so i don’t think I’ll be able to do hijra. But i can seek ilm from Here inshaAllah and make trips to Yemen after saving money.

What should i do ? Finish IT or switch to trades? “

Question A brother says:

” I and a brother studying here came across the matter of one of our brothers, who left mixed medical education  just before 6 months to get his certificate as doctor, after getting advise from ulema on this matter.  Brother here said that he could ask well before stopping his mixed education, as this could change by situations. After getting informed about the fatwa, he said that there are ulema  in saudi also, not in Yemen only. And he said there is khilaf on this matter, as some said those students can complete the course under their situations and circumstances, so don’t take immediate decision before studying well on the matter and we brothers erred on various such matters before by those immediate decision. I said him that anyways the free mixing is haram, so of my best of knowledge is to stop doing haram in any cost.

Then he concluded the matter by saying  there are various mas’ala on this matter of fiqh and it’s not fair for us to talk without knowledge, so let’s stop the subject.
